Payment Options & Policies

We offer flexible payment options designed to fit your family’s needs for our 12-week nature program:

Program Rates:

• Once-a-week sessions (Mondays): $500 for the full 12-week program

• Twice-a-week sessions (Wednesdays & Fridays): $1,000 for the full 12-week program

• PA Day / Holiday Full-Day Care: $75 per day (9 am – 4 pm)

Payment Plans

Option 1: Monthly Payments

• Pay in three equal monthly installments

• Due on the 1st of each month

• Provides manageable payments and budgeting ease

Option 2: Full Program Payment

• Pay the full amount upfront

• Receive a 5% discount as a thank you for early commitment

Refunds & Make-Ups

• Make-up sessions are available within two weeks after the program ends, scheduled on the same day of the week

• Make-ups require advance scheduling

• If your child misses more than two weeks of sessions; further make-up will be forfeited

• Refunds only issued if the program is cancelled or in cases of extended illness with documentation

• To maintain group cohesion, dropping in to alternate weeks or groups is not permitted
