We create a calm, safe space where your child can enjoy time with a caring adult — while you take a breath, run errands, or simply rest knowing they’re in good hands.

Children ages 4–11 living with Type 1 Diabetes
Great for families seeking occasional support, regular breaks, or short-term care during stressful periods
Ideal for children who are not yet independent in their diabetes care or who need additional supervision
✅ What Makes This Care Different
Caregivers are familiar with T1D needs, including:
BG monitoring (using CGM or finger pokes)
Carb counting + mealtime support
Insulin administration (via pump or pen — in coordination with parent instructions)
Recognizing and responding to highs/lows
Low-ratio or 1:1 care
Focus on trust, play, and emotional safety — not just medical care
Child-led activities indoors or in nature, depending on location and comfort
⏰ Availability & Scheduling
Limited spots offered weekly or monthly in group settings; depending on demand
1:1 Sessions are scheduled directly with families to ensure comfort and compatibility
One-off care or regular scheduling available

Services take place in Hamilton, Burlington, Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Binbrook & Surrounding areas.
We offer care in safe home or outdoor settings depending on weather and the child's needs

Reduced-cost options may be available through group care (if appropriate)
